Hello! Design+ Solutions was launched in November 2021 to address what I observed as the growing need for project-based L&D support. Design+ Solutions partners with a number of creative instructional & graphic designers to support our clients in developing learning resources. 

As an experienced instructional designer, I absolutely thrive on the creative challenge of developing unique learning experiences. For me, it's all about exploring new and innovative ways to connect with learners and tackle those complex training puzzles.

There is a moment when learning "clicks" for someone; that is what truly drives me.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of partnering with business leaders to solve real performance issues, collaborating with teams to build comprehensive onboarding programs, guiding managers through crucial changes, and empowering individuals to confidently master new technologies.

As the Principal Consultant for Design+ Solutions, I will be your learning experience partner. I combine a deep understanding of how adults learn with expertise in UX/LX design and a passion for seamlessly integrating technology to develop learning materials that truly make an impact and enhance your workflow.
