Hi, I'm Elizabeth Kachur, the founder of Design+ Solutions, which launched in November 2021. As an experienced instructional designer, I absolutely thrive on the creative challenge of developing unique learning experiences. For me, it's all about exploring new and innovative ways to connect with learners and tackle those complex training puzzles.

There is a moment when learning "clicks" for someone, that is what truly drives me. My years working to earn National Board Certification highlighted the incredible importance of understanding the target audience. I continue to bring that same passion to crafting engaging and effective training solutions for businesses.
